Job summary

Cencora seeks a Lead Engineer – Operational Technology Network Security to design, implement, and improve OT security controls across industrial networks and connected devices. You will serve as SME for Purdue Model architecture, segmentation, remote access, and compliance with ISA/IEC 62443 and related standards.

You will collaborate with IT, engineering, and facilities teams to ensure OT environments are resilient, compliant, and aligned with enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of directly-related or relevant information security experience.
• Experience designing and implementing OT security controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls across OT networks and ICS, building secure architectures.
• Develops OT security policies, standards, and reference architectures for compliance.
• Oversees SLAs and performance of OT security services, monitoring, and response activities.
• Communicates OT security risks to business and IT leaders and provides technical guidance.
• Ensures OT servers, devices, and security controls conform to enterprise security standards.
