Honeywell seeks a Director of IT for OT to drive resilient, scalable OT operations across PT, oversee governance, cybersecurity, and value realization. You will align OT with ENIT systems, standardize deployment, and lead a global team to deliver measurable improvements in plant reliability and performance.

The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure and proven OT leadership, with strong involvement in ERP transformations and secure data flows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure management and/or ISC platforms.
• Proven experience managing OT initiatives and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute OT strategy to optimize manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs, data historians).
• Ensure cyber-secure deployment and governance across OT environments; align architecture with ENIT systems.
• Lead and develop a global OT team and manage OT budgets to deliver measurable value.
