• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Staffing agency experience strongly preferred.

Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | $65,000–$85,000 Base + Commission

Our client is a growing staffing and recruiting firm looking for an experienced Engineering/IT Recruiter to join its Atlanta team.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who can identify strong technical talent, build meaningful candidate relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and place Engineering and IT professionals across a variety of skill sets and industries
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified technical professionals
• Partner closely with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Manage multiple searches and candidates throughout the recruiting processMaintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline information within the ATS/CRM
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and become a trusted resource throughout their careers
• Consistently meet and exceed placement and revenue goals

What We're Looking For
