Job summary

Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering/IT Recruiter in Atlanta for a hybrid role.

You will recruit and place engineering and IT professionals, source candidates via multiple channels, and build long-term talent relationships in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with agency recruiting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering/IT or technical staffing
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities under deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Staffing agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place Engineering and IT professionals across skill sets
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and fit
• Build and maintain a network of qualified technical professionals
• Partner with sales and account teams to understand client needs
• Manage multiple searches and candidates through the process
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline in ATS/CRM
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates as a trusted resource
• Meet and exceed placement and revenue goals
