Job summary

Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering/IT Recruiter in Atlanta for a hybrid role.

You will recruit and place engineering and IT professionals, source candidates via multiple channels, and build long-term talent relationships in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with agency recruiting.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities under deadlines

Responsibilities

Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | $65,000–$85,000 Base + Commission

Our client is a growing staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced Engineering / IT Recruiter to join its Atlanta team.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to identify strong technical talent, build meaningful candidate relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and place Engineering and IT professionals across a variety of skill sets and industries
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified technical professionals
• Partner closely with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Manage multiple searches and candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline information within the ATS/CRM
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and become a trusted resource throughout their careers
• Consistently meet and exceed placement and revenue goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within Engineering, IT, or technical staffing
• Experience recruiting for technical positions and understanding of technical skill sets
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, driven mindset with a desire to build a successful recruiting career
• Staffing agency experience strongly preferred
• $65,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience
