Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Engineering, IT, or technical staffing.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions and understanding of technical skill sets.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Staffing agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place Engineering and IT professionals across a variety of skill sets and industries.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified technical professionals.
• Partner with sales and account teams to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Manage multiple searches and maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline in ATS/CRM.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and become a trusted resource.
• Consistently meet and exceed placement and revenue goals.
