Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Experience with IT workflows, systems and programming knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of SOC II Type 2 and HIPAA compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and OPSCSR operations to ensure system efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee IT workflows, troubleshooting, and programming inquiries.
• Coordinate staff training and onboarding to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage onboarding and performance evaluations for IT and OPSCSR staff.
• Ensure SOPs and quality control for automated projects are followed.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Align IT services with client needs and strategic company plans.
