Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to administer day-to-day purchasing and record-keeping for IT services. You will manage telco/datacenter invoices from receipt to AP payment and audit charges against contracted rates, ensuring alignment with the current fiscal year budget.

You will also drive contract renewals, coordinate with Contracts Team and business units, source circuit quotes, and provide backup support to the Network Team, including circuit orders and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating the purchase of equipment and supplies.
• Ability to manage small projects and coordinate the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of telco/datacenter invoices from receipt to AP payment and audit charges against contracts.
• Track telco/datacenter spend and provide budget-related reports to IT management.
• Manage datacenter contracts and renewal processes with Contracts Team and BU owners.
• Submit circuit quotes to telco vendors and negotiate pricing.
• Provide back-up support to Network Team, including circuit ordering and tracking.
• Manage mobile devices: billing, inventory, requests, and shipping.
• Assist in telco equipment assets management.
