Job summary

ePlus is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day purchasing and record‑keeping for IT services. You will oversee telco and datacenter invoices, track spend against the fiscal year budget, and coordinate contract renewals with the Contracts Team and business units.

The role offers visibility across IT operations, the chance to negotiate pricing with telco vendors, and involvement with network and asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years supporting operations and/or IT.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage small projects; coordinate the work of others.
• Strong ability to multi-task and follow-up independently on a wide range of issues.
• Experience coordinating the purchase of equipment and supplies.
• Working knowledge of computers and equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to perform keyboard intensive work 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of telco/datacenter invoices from receipt to AP payment.
• Track telco/datacenter spend ensuring it aligns with the budget with periodic reports.
• Manage datacenter contracts and facilitate renewals with Contracts Team and owners.
• Submit circuit quotes to telco vendors and negotiate for pricing.
• Provide back-up support to the Network Team and track circuit orders.
• Manage mobile devices: billing, inventory, requests, and shipping; asset management.
• Assist in telco equipment assets management.
