Job summary
Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is seeking a Computer Operations Technician to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to the campus community. The role includes troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware, networking equipment, and related technology systems.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent education; 1 to 2 years related technical experience; display professional deportment at all times
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to the Technical Services Department and the broader user community.
- Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and support computer hardware, networking equipment, and related technology systems.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory records and support the organization's computer replacement schedule.
- Provide responsive, professional, and customer-focused technical assistance to faculty, staff, students, and other users.
