Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage IT inventory levels to support operations.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records throughout the lifecycle.
• Administer corporate mobile devices: orders, provisioning, distribution, upgrades, deactivation, returns.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, and replacement of printers and multifunction devices.
• Coordinate equipment orders with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare inventory, asset utilization, and service reports.
• Support IT equipment during onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, asset management, procurement, or a related administrative role
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with asset management, ERP, ticketing, or inventory management systems is desired
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal customers is desired
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees

• Administer corporate mobile devices by managing orders, provisioning, distribution, upgrades, deactivation, and returns

• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, and returns with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare inventory, asset utilization, and service-related reports
• Support IT equipment and service needs during employee onboarding and offboarding
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
