Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years in inventory/asset management or related admin role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with asset management, ERP, ticketing or inventory systems desirable.
• Willing to work directly for Genesis10.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage IT inventory levels to support operations.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records throughout the lifecycle.
• Administer corporate mobile devices: orders, provisioning, distribution, upgrades, deactivation, returns.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, and replacement of printers and multifunction devices.
• Coordinate equipment orders with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare inventory, asset utilization, and service reports.
• Support IT equipment during onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
