Job summary

State Industrial Products is seeking an Operations and Support Analyst in the United States to manage and monitor system batch jobs, ensuring uptime and stability. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, and provide technical support to corporate, warehouse and field teams within a collaborative IT Operations group.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT operations, proficiency with SAP/SQL/EDR, and the ability to handle multiple tickets, balancing priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT operations, systems support, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as SAP, SQL, backup solutions, and EDR.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor corporate application operational jobs for SAP, SQL and other tools; maintain documentation.
• Monitor operational jobs for application, network and infrastructure services (Office 365, VM host, backups, EDR).
• Provide SAP application support: analysis, documentation, system management and troubleshooting.
• IT support for onsite and remote employees; respond to service requests and resolve issues.
• Handle multiple concurrent issues using a ticketing system and document requests clearly.
• Follow department policies and manage asset and monitoring processes.
