Allegheny Contracting LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology and operational support across the organization. You will manage the mobile device lifecycle, deliver Tier 1 tech support, assist with hardware deployment, and support documentation and reporting.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, record-keeping, and coordination of solutions to keep operations running efficiently. On-site travel to offices and job sites may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, operations, technology support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong technology proficiency with Apple iPhones/iPads and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, research, and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues; upscale complex problems when needed.

Mansioni

• Manage the company’s mobile device lifecycle (ordering, assigning, tracking, collecting, resetting, preparing iPhones/iPads).
• Maintain mobile device accounts, user profiles, applications, and device assignments.
• Provide Tier 1 technology support and troubleshoot common issues; escalate as needed.
