Clockwork in Minneapolis seeks an IT Operations Specialist to keep the team connected and productive. You’ll triage issues, support the office network, manage devices and software access, and assist with onboarding and offboarding for remote and in-person staff.

This entry‑level role emphasizes problem solving, clear communication, and creating training materials. You’ll document processes, improve IT workflows, and help uphold Clockwork’s security practices while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT operations role focused on supporting staff.
• Experience with macOS and common collaboration tools.
• Ability to document processes and create training materials.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and triage tickets to deliver a great employee experience.
• Support office networking and troubleshoot connectivity for in-office and remote staff.
• Administer and troubleshoot Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, Teams, and 1Password.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and access control.
• Maintain IT assets and coordinate with the MDM platform.
• Liaise with vendors, review performance, and assist with contracts.
• Improve IT processes to increase reliability and user‑friendliness.
• Create and maintain knowledge base, playbooks, and training resources.
• Support security and privacy aligned with Clockwork policies.
