You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain system security while troubleshooting IT issues to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, email systems, and enterprise software.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and improve IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding New Hires: Create company email accounts and provision necessary permissions.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Assist employees with system-related issues and IT tickets.
• System Maintenance & Security: Regularly update and patch systems; manage IAM/SSO/MFA.
• Offboarding & Access Management: Remove departing employees’ access and redirect emails.
• Process Optimization: Improve onboarding/offboarding workflows and automate tasks.
