The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an IAM Operations Engineer to join the IAM Operations support team in Hartford. You will review performance metrics, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues while staying organized under pressure.

Ideal candidates have IAM expertise (Okta, SailPoint), server administration skills, and experience with AD/Azure. Occasional after-hours and weekend on-call support is required, along with strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 4 years of IT security engineering or software engineering experience.
• Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, SailPoint, AD/AD LDS, Azure).

Responsabilités

• Provide production support for Web Access Management and IAM services.
• Coordinate cross-LOB changes and communicate incidents effectively.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support for critical applications.
• Design and implement technology solutions interfacing with customers and teams.
• Assist in change management and incident resolution during windows.
