Job summary

OWA is seeking a dedicated IT Manager to lead department projects, develop and implement IT systems, and uphold business continuity protocols. This on-site role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage budgets, upgrade plans, and vendor relationships.

You will ensure security, generate timely reports, and support guests and team members with IT issues while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and management abilities.
• PM certifications (PMP, CompTIA Project+) are a plus.
• One year of experience assisting IT leadership preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage department projects to ensure requirements and timelines are met.
• Assist with development and implementation processes for IT systems and department.
• Test and maintain business continuity protocols to minimize disruption.
• Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements and other needs.
• Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Provide outstanding guest and team member service while assisting guests, vendors, and associates with IT issues and concerns while at OWA.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in performing all aspects of assigned responsibilities.
• Provide a variety of accurate and timely reports, logs, and forms, as required by Management.
