Job summary

MedWatch, LLC seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead end-user and application support, EDI operations, and business systems administration. You will supervise the IT operations team, act as the main escalation point, and align services with organizational needs.

The role reports to the VP of Technology and collaborates with Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Infrastructure to drive operational excellence. A strong IT leadership background and healthcare tech experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
Additional education in IT service management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or project management is desirable.
Minimum five years in IT operations, service delivery, or related tech functions.
Two years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
Experience with healthcare info systems and regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day IT operations including help desk and service delivery.
Act as primary escalation point for operational technology issues.
Establish procedures, documentation, and service delivery metrics.
Oversee EDI operations, client onboarding, and production readiness.
Manage IT staff development, staffing, and performance.
Oversee business systems administration and software licensing.
Coordinate with Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Infrastructure teams.
Support budgeting, vendor management, and contract administration.
