WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a hands-on Manager of Information Technology Operations to lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management, and end-user support across multiple business entities. This role reports to the CIO and will help scale technology operations in a growing organization.

The position focuses on delivering reliable IT services for residents and clients, managing a distributed support structure, and aligning technology initiatives with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technology services.
• Leadership experience managing IT operations and support teams.
• Experience overseeing service desks and supporting distributed locations.
• Experience managing vendor and managed service provider relationships.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
• Manage help desk and support teams across multiple business lines.
• Develop and improve processes for user support requests and SLAs.
• Oversee MSP relationships and vendor accountability.
• Maintain inventories, licensing, and renewal schedules.
• Create operational reports and performance metrics for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on security initiatives.
• Lead change, release, and deployment activities for enterprise IT initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation to reduce operational risk.
• Support strategic technology planning and growth initiatives.
