Job summary

MedWatch is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and service delivery across the organization. The role supervises operational staff, aligns technology services with business needs, and coordinates with Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT operations, 2+ years in leadership, and familiarity with healthcare IT environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required; experience may substitute.
Five+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or related tech functions.
Two+ years in supervisory or people management roles.
Healthcare information systems or regulated environments experience desirable.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration required.

Responsibilities

Leads day-to-day IT operations, including help desk, application support, service delivery, incident management, and operational tech administration.
Primary escalation point for operational technology issues affecting users, apps, systems, or processes.
Oversees EDI operations and client implementation support activities.
Oversees application support, reporting, and operational escalations.
Coordinates Azure and cloud operations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Fosters cross-functional collaboration across IT Ops, Development, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and Infrastructure.
Monitors performance, enforces standards, and drives continuous improvement.
