South Florida Community Care Network, LLC seeks a System Operations Analyst to oversee day-to-day EDI operations and optimize processes between the organization and external partners. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and support data integrity in EPIC Tapestry to ensure timely claims and payments.

The role involves preparing data for entry, loading EPIC files, validating critical business data, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred or 2–4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Healthcare environment desired.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Epic.

Responsabilidades

• Process inbound/outbound feeds for eligibility, claims, MOOP and related EDI files.
• Prepare source data for entry into the EPIC Tapestry system.
• Identify data integrity issues and report to team lead for resolution.
• Assist loading EPIC files such as Claims, Encounters, 835/837, MOOP, Eligibility.
• Test loads (Claim, Eligibility, MOOP) and AP Claim payment processes.
• Review data, resolve discrepancies, and follow SOPs to ensure accuracy.
