VETRO is seeking an IT Manager in Portland, ME to oversee internal helpdesk, user access, and the operation of remote and on-site IT infrastructure. You will support onboarding/offboarding, maintain SOC-2 compliance, and drive IT projects to scale.

Location: On-Site (Portland, ME) (At least 3 days a week)
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, the IT Manager will be responsible for providing internal helpdesk support, managing user access, and ensuring the smooth operation of both remote and on-site IT infrastructure. You will play a key part in onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining SOC-2 compliance, and continuously improving IT processes across the company. Further, you will own a variety of IT oriented projects which help provide the foundation to scale.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Expected range: $75,000 – $95,000
