HealthEdge is seeking a Healthcare IT Technical Operations Lead to oversee production support for a mid-size HealthPlan, with focus on SLA reporting, incident resolution, and cross‑vendor coordination in a remote US role.

You will manage operational excellence, drive customer priorities, and coordinate change across ITIL‑based processes while supporting core health admin systems and vendor relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years managing a mid-to-large size customer facing production support environment.
• Experience with healthcare payer platforms (Facets, QNXT, NASCO).
• Experience with service management, SLA tracking and operational reporting to customers and management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational excellence for technology delivery.
• Timely generation of SLA/operational reports to customers and management.
• Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Manage day-to-day production support for a mid-size HealthPlan including core systems (enrollments, claims, adjudication and payments).
• Drive customer calls and priorities; prioritize daily operational events.
• Manage incidents in service management systems like JIRA/ServiceNow.
• Handle change and issue resolution with network, middleware, hardware, OS, DB, and external groups.
• Plan system maintenance and upgrade events across vendors.
• Customer escalation resolution.
