Job summary

Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking an IT Service Manager to drive the delivery, performance, and evolution of IT Operational services across the organization. You will own service management processes, lead service performance reporting and governance, and collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and Security teams to ensure reliable, secure, and customer-focused technology services.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading IT service management functions.
• Ability to report on service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) frameworks.
• Experience coordinating across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT Ops services to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain IT Service Catalogue, documentation and support processes.
• Act as escalation point for major service issues and lead CSI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation and service quality improvements.
• Drive maturity of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management.
