• Exceptional technical proficiency and experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong cybersecurity principles and implementation experience.
• Familiar with cloud platforms and data management.
• Experience with networking, OS environments, and IT service management frameworks.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems; provide user support and onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify tech needs and gather feedback.
• Manage device inventory, software licenses, and hardware lifecycles.
• Create and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with growth.
• Implement security measures and educate staff on security best practices.
• Evaluate vendors and solutions; advise leadership on selections.
• Manage IT budget, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Lead project lifecycle from scope to delivery and SLAs.
• Conduct risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support structures.
• Advise on long-term tech strategy for CRM and databases.
• Support Marketing & Communications in website issues as needed.
• Assist departments in developing long-term technology improvements.
