Corinthcoke is seeking an IT Manager to lead daily information technology operations and deliver reliable, secure services. You will direct IT staff, manage priorities, and partner with business leaders to align technology with company needs.

The role focuses on end-user support, system and network performance, and ensuring ethical, service-focused IT practices in a fast-paced consumer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 3+ years IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience across Windows OS, MDM, cloud services, mobile platforms, VoIP, and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support IT team members across help desk, infrastructure, and field tech support.
• Manage daily IT operations, ticket prioritization, escalations, SLAs, and issue resolution.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle, inventory, and updates for desktops, servers, routers, copiers, and devices.
