Job summary

Lead BAU activities such as help desk, networks, servers, and vendor relationships. Implement IT policies, manage budgets, and mentor staff to meet organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of IT operations/infrastructure experience with prior management.
• Languages: French, English, Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, databases, and security for uptime.
• Lead IT staff, delegate tasks, train, and mentor teams.
• Oversee software/hardware upgrades and backups.
• Manage IT service desk and vendor relationships.
• Enforce security policies and disaster recovery planning.
