Qualifications

• Strong network administration knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge of network security and security protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Perform system updates, patches, and software installations.
