Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of centralized computer equipment and devices; plans and schedules top-priority jobs and ensures efficient use of equipment.
• Supervises Computing Support Technicians; provides training and guidance to staff; resolves non-routine problems.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software and applications; requests equipment as needed.
• Manages personnel issues including interviewing, hiring, promoting, and disciplinary actions; handles time sheets and leave.
