The IT Liaison is responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology needs, ensuring alignment with business operations and delivering efficient and secure solutions. This role requires expertise in technology, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Team Supervision

• Oversee daily IT operations, including hardware, software, network, and system management.
• Supervise and mentor IT Support Staff, ensuring accountability, training, and professional development.
• Allocate resources effectively to support business priorities and operational needs.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support organizational goals.

Execution & Performance Management

• Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Set performance standards, monitor system performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop technology solutions that optimize workflows.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure IT systems comply with security protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Maintain data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and safe technology usage across the organization.

Communication & Reporting

• Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Prepare reports on IT performance, system status, and project progress for executive management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external IT communications, including vendors and service providers.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT management with strong understanding of business operations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, enterprise software, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Self-driven and proactive, consistently taking initiative to achieve goals and solve problems effectively
• Proficient in analyzing and identifying technical issues with a strong aptitude for effective problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 50 pounds
• Ability to obtain Arsenal & FBI Badge
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
