Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in computer-related studies or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with systems installation, configuration, and analysis.
• Strong customer service and networks/cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of technicians and IT staff.
• Maintain and optimize company network and servers.
• Oversee data backup and system security operations.
• Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
• Provide support and guidance to employees via help desk.
• Trains employees on computer tasks including Outlook and third-party apps.
• Maintains equipment inventory and deliver reports on hardware.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
