Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations for our Irving, TX data center. The role requires leading a team responsible for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance, with 7x24x365 coverage in a non-remote environment.

You will supervise, train, and schedule Critical Operations Technicians while coordinating with the Critical Operations Manager and Site Director. Experience in data centers and strong leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, implement, and maintain facility policies, procedures, and organization structure.
• Develop emergency response planning and reporting for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance on equipment including HVAC, electrical, and backup systems.
• Oversee work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance and manage part budgets.
• Facilitate Data Center space, cable plant design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure all incidents and work orders are completed promptly.
• Lead emergency responses and communicate with customers as needed.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets with management input.
• Mentor and coach Critical Operations Technicians and staff development.
