Job summary

EECU is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology environment in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role requires directing infrastructure, network, and end-user teams to deliver reliable IT services across corporate offices and branches.

You will manage incident response, monitor performance, and drive improvements in uptime, security, and service delivery, with a focus on SLA achievement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support experience.
• Experience managing incident response, escalations and after-hours or on-call support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT Operations teams with coaching and performance clarity.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
• Provide incident response leadership and coordinate major outages and resolutions.
• Maintain SLAs, KPIs, asset management, and documentation across data centers and branches.
• Coordinate upgrades and cross-functional technology initiatives with stakeholders.
