Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support.
• Experience managing incident response, escalations, and after-hours or on-call support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and end-user computing environments.
• Experience monitoring service levels, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations Teams: coach, develop staff, set performance expectations.
• Manage IT infrastructure and operations across networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and end-user computing.
• Lead incident response and system availability; coordinate major incidents and on-call rotations.
• Deliver excellent end-user support across computers, printers, and desktop software.
• Drive continuous improvement; align IT with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
