Job summary

ECI in Dallas, TX seeks a Client Technology Manager to lead a dedicated technical team delivering managed IT services to client accounts. The role focuses on customer relationships, project leadership for infrastructure modernization, and hands-on technology across cloud and security domains.

Key responsibilities include overseeing client services, budgeting input, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful migrations, deployments, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Recent Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 11.
• Recent Administration experience with Public Cloud platforms with focus in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Recent Experience in technical project management as applied to data/infrastructure migrations and major system upgrades.
• Extensive experience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations such as Exchange Online and Google Workspace.
• Experience administering VMware vSphere and Hyper-V platforms.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, wireless, and security appliances (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki).
• Incident response management during security events and disaster recovery activations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology services for a portfolio of ECI clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor across meetings.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer goals and risks; proactively mitigate.
• Provide client feedback to management for continuous improvements.
• Assist with client budget forecasting and cost analyses.
• Engage with security/compliance teams to meet regulatory needs.
• Enable clients via Cloud and Information Security trends (IaaS/SaaS).
• Drive satisfaction through case reviews and ongoing client engagement.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver migrations, upgrades and new deployments.
• Hands-on support of client configurations per in-house standards.
• Participate in vendor due-diligence, security reviews, data integrity & availability.
• Manage Field Service and Senior Systems Engineers across portfolios.
