Job summary

T E C Industrial Inc is seeking a seasoned Manager IT Infrastructure to lead Telecom Billing, Network Operations, AS400 Operations, and Systems Operations. You will oversee day-to-day activities, host servers across cloud and on-premise environments, manage data storage and disaster recovery, and ensure reliability of networks and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years IT infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise environments across complex multi-site networks.
• Hands-on design and implementation of highly available, scalable systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication for a highly visible role.
• Experience managing vendors and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and strategy for the Global Infrastructure Operations.
• Manage Infrastructure Operations and Telecom Billing & Provisioning.
• Act as an Infrastructure site lead.
• Vulnerability and patch management to ensure KPIs are well established.
• Responsible for Telecom and operations budgets.
• Work with vendors, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and vendor partners.
• Manage a team of FTEs, contractors, and MSPs.
• Use metrics to optimize the network and ensure availability and stability.
• Create and deliver SLAs, KPIs, and project updates to Sr. leadership.
• Oversee change, incident, request, and problem management within the team.
• Plan and track projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
