Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a Director, IT Operations & Strategy to guide day-to-day technology operations while setting a long-term vision. You will present a three-year roadmap to the executive team and hands-on resolve critical system issues.

You will lead a team in a growth-focused environment, owning the IT budget, architecture standards, and vendor relationships to drive measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in director-level leadership.
• Hybrid work schedule; willing to work from Atlanta office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the organization’s technology vision and multi-year roadmap; align with executives.
• Lead IT operations across infrastructure, security, and service management; ensure SLAs.
• Oversee budget, vendor contracts, and staffing; build a high-performing IT team.
• Partner with property operations, accounting, leasing, and HR to drive tech-enabled efficiency.
