Job summary

Eaton’s IT team seeks an Infrastructure Manager II to lead the Zone support team from Dallas, TX or Minden, LA with travel to other sites. You will coordinate escalations, manage budgets, and drive Lean and Agile transformation across IT operations.

The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, IT service management and compliance with SOX/ITAR, ensuring asset utilization and vendor relationships across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT leadership experience.
• US person per ITAR requirements; candidates must be within eligible locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Zone support team with operational excellence.
• Oversee escalations across global product teams and drive improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and capital expenditures for IT infrastructure.
