The role requires strong technical judgment, complex IT support, and coordination of system upgrades, security practices, and workflow alignment with established standards, while working on-site with some remote/hybrid duties.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in computer science or a closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex technical and operational IT support work and systems administration.
• Install, administer, maintain and upgrade hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Provide technical assistance to users and coordinate help desk functions and escalation if needed.
