Job summary

Tier4 Group in East Cobb (near the Battery) seeks an IT Support Lead to blend hands-on technical work with people leadership. You’ll guide a small team handling Tier 1–3 issues and influence processes as the company scales, with an onsite, five-days-per-week schedule.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage escalations, and partner with vendors to ensure fast, reliable service while owning a path to permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation with Windows, O365, Intune, Autopilot, AD, identity management, networking basics, VPN.
• Experience leading or mentoring within IT support or service desk environments.
• Strong customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support operations for Tier 1–3 issues and requests.
• Prioritize tickets, manage escalations, and ensure timely high-quality support.
• Oversee endpoint setup, troubleshooting, updates, and standards.
• Keep hardware/software assets organized and up to date.
• Refine processes, improve knowledge articles, and drive left-shift improvements.
• Track service performance and share insights to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with IT groups and vendors to resolve issues quickly.
