TekStream Solutions is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Operations Engineer in Atlanta, GA. The role drives the technology operations for international entities, ensuring availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of IT infrastructure and services.

You will partner with global teams, vendors, and contractors to implement cloud-based workflows and IaC practices. The position emphasizes security, automation, and strategic planning, with a hybrid work model and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, or equivalent.
Proven ability to design robust operational solutions for complex IT infra.
Experience automating IT operations and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Lead external vendors and contractors delivering IT infrastructure services.
Oversee secure remote access, AAA, and endpoint management solutions.
Champion Infrastructure-as-Code and automation across provisioning and deployment.
Define and monitor SLOs for cloud and on‑premise infrastructure.
Drive patching strategies and vulnerability management across managed systems.
Collaborate with global teams to align ops with business goals.
