Job summary

Hanna Center in Sonoma, CA is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee end-user technology, network infrastructure, cloud services, and frontline cybersecurity operations on-site. You will set priorities, coordinate internal and external resources, and lead system initiatives while ensuring secure, reliable technology that aligns with the center’s needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, systems administration, network support, or end-user technology services.
• Experience leading IT projects and coordinating vendors or technical resources.
• Experience managing a Windows Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) domain environment.
• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.
• Experience with network infrastructure: managed switches, wireless access points, VLANs (Meraki and/or UniFi preferred).
• Familiarity with endpoint management and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-user technology, network, cloud services, and cybersecurity operations.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate vendors, priorities, service standards, and roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure secure, reliable technology.
• Manage inventory, purchasing coordination, licensing, renewals, and equipment availability.
• Advise management on technology risks, needs, and best practices.
