Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and secure the enterprise technology infrastructure. The role covers Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and M365, with responsibilities spanning virtualization, networking, and backup.

The candidate will work with the Director of IT to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support Hana's growth. Strong cybersecurity practices and experience with ISO/NIST frameworks are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, enterprise networking, virtualization, and backups.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Entra are preferred.
• Experience with Proxmox/VMware or other virtualization platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar security frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and core infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and document infrastructure.
• Implement server maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, licensing, and security.
• Manage Conditional Access, MFA, email security, retention policies, and compliance features.
• Administer enterprise networking including switches, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Monitor and improve cybersecurity posture; support vulnerability remediation, identity management, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions; perform testing and planning; monitor performance and capacity.
• Lead infrastructure projects, evaluate new technologies, coordinate vendor implementations, and maintain documentation.
