Job summary

Spire Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Technical Services Administrator to provide hands-on hardware, software and endpoint support across multiple regional sites. You will troubleshoot issues, image devices, manage inventories, and support on-site users while coordinating with IT teams and facilities.

The role requires strong technical and customer-service skills, on-call rotation, and ability to work independently or in a team as needs arise. Bachelor’s degree and IT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of desktop support experience, including Tier 1 support, with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and mobile support.
• CompTIA A+ and Security+ or Network+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems and work with end users to determine next steps.
• Image and deploy computer equipment and update devices using approved tools; configure laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate device inventory from staging to retirement.
• Monitor ticket queue; handle Tier 1 escalations and document outcomes; contribute to knowledge base.
• Support end users with mobile device setup and self-service education.
• Serve as a primary IT contact at Nashville; provide on-site support for IT teams and coordinate with Facilities and Security.
• Attend team meetings and deliver special projects as assigned.
