Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead onsite teams across multiple sites in a 24x7 environment. You will oversee infrastructure monitoring, preventative maintenance planning, and coordination with contractors to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor staff. Experience in data center operations and familiarity with NetSuite is preferred; LEED is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years data center experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor staff for growth.
• LEED certification is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day duties of onsite DCT personnel across one or multiple sites.
• Monitor infrastructure on site and escalate as needed.
• Develop and monitor a preventative maintenance program with Maintenance team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the site.
• Plan schedules for 24x7x365 coverage and on-call list.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure safety and workmanship standards.
