Job Objective

We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Limal. Our IT Operations Manager oversees all of our customers' IT infrastructure, systems, and support teams to ensure maximum uptime, security, and efficiency. They manage day-to-day "business as usual" (BAU) operations, including help desk, networking, servers, and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include implementing IT policies, managing budgets, and leading technical teams to support organisational objectives.

Your Function

Infrastructure Management

Monitor and maintain servers (physical/cloud), networks, databases, and security systems to ensure high availability.

Team Leadership

Supervise IT staff (system administrators, help desk), delegate tasks, provide training, and mentor employees.

System Maintenance

Oversee software installations, hardware upgrades, and regular system backups.

Support Operations

Manage the IT service desk to resolve employee technical issues promptly.

Security & Compliance

Implement, monitor, and enforce security protocols, firewalls, and data protection policies.

Disaster Recovery

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence
• Languages: French/English/Dutch
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technical support, with prior management experience.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN), server administration (Active Directory, virtualization), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and IT security protocols.
• Soft Skills: leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
