Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT operations leader to drive day-to-day IT across multiple locations. You will lead Help Desk, Systems Administration, and Network Administration teams, ensuring secure, reliable technology services and strong incident response.

Key responsibilities include SLA management, infrastructure lifecycle, patching, and collaboration with Information Security to meet regulatory requirements. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering/comparable experience.
10+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Leads Help Desk, Systems Admin, and Network Admin in a multi-site enterprise.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure, VMware, storage, backup.

Responsibilities

Lead IT operations across all company locations, ensuring reliable technology services.
Coach and develop Help Desk, Sys Admin, and Network Admin teams.
Own IT Service Desk operations, including SLA attainment and ticket management.
Oversee infrastructure security, DR capabilities, and lifecycle management.
Coordinate patching, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
Partner with security to support compliance and audit readiness.
Manage IT assets, vendors, and service contracts.
Drive cost optimization and automation in IT operations.
