Job summary

Action Target Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day IT environment in Provo, UT. You will manage a small IT team, oversee infrastructure, and ensure reliable, secure technology operations across endpoints, networks, and AV systems.

The role emphasizes an operations-first approach with budgeting accountability and collaboration with vendors and internal teams, fostering cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of IT leadership with direct people management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with security frameworks and audits (CMMC or NIST 800-171).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations; manage staff, budgets, and service reliability.
• Oversee infrastructure: networks, servers, storage, endpoints.
• Ensure security, logging, vulnerability remediation, and audits.
• Support audio-visual systems for meetings and events.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, renewals, and contracts.
• Apply AI to improve ticket triage, documentation, and monitoring.
