A technology company is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer based in New York. The role involves managing IT operations, supporting executives, and implementing systems to enhance the IT function. Required qualifications include recent experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, expertise in user provisioning with Rippling and Okta, and experience with both macOS and Windows environments. Qualifications

• Recent experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support.
• Experience dealing with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of macOS and Windows; Linux is a bonus.
• Managing user provisioning via Rippling and Okta.
• Configuring Okta as SSO IdP.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like Jamf or Kandji.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational IT requests.
• Define and implement efficient IT processes.
• Act as the on-prem IT lead in New York.
• Provide operational support for executives.
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees.
• Assist in design and deployment of IT systems.
• Support IT Security initiatives.
• Manage SaaS platforms.
• Coordinate new office technology installations.
